Embarking on my journey, I dedicated time to discovering my Ikigai, my soul's purpose, a strategy I continue to use with clients today. This profound exploration commenced as I transitioned from a career in Headship, to freelance coaching and consultancy in 2020, a transformative shift that continues to shape my path. As an ICF ACC qualified coach, I dedicate my time to holding, transformative, reflective and non-judgemental spaces from humans from all over the globe.  My work involves supporting others to identify their own strengths, sources of joy, and understanding the needs of their communities and families. Leadership, to me, extends beyond guiding others; it's about leading in all aspects of your life and cultivating self-love. Presently, I hold accreditations as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Federation of Coaching, Resilient Leadership, Life Story, and Therapeutic Arts Coaching. Additionally, I take pride in serving as the Network Leader for HeadsUp4HTs—an inspiring community uniting aspiring, serving, and former Headteachers across the UK and beyond. (P.S I play in a samba band too!)

Through my Leadership and Wellbeing coaching, I coach hundreds of school leaders across the UK, facilitating regular group and individual coaching sessions to help them to be the best leaders they can be and support them with intentional wellbeing.

Through my Life Coaching, I work with humans who want to reconnect with their soul purpose, re-discover themselves beyond their job titles or past experiences and help them move forwards with more intention, purpose and happiness in their lives!
